Contest Rules
•Organizer
This contest is organized by Pierre Fabre Dermo-cosmétiques with its registered office at 9955 rue de Châteauneuf bureau 115 Brossard QC J4Z 3V5 – Canada.
•Contest Duration
The contest will begin on December 1 2024 and end on December 31 2025.
•Participation Conditions
Eligibility : The contest is open to all residents of Canada. Employees of Pierre Fabre Dermo-cosmétiques and their families are not eligible to participate.
Participation Procedure : To participate individuals must be Canadian residents and purchase a bottle of Eau Thermale.
•Winner Selection
Selection Method : Winners are those who find a golden ticket hidden in the purchased bottle of Eau Thermale. There are 20 golden tickets to be found across Canada.
•Prizes
Prize Description : There are 20 product prizes to be won with a total value of $20000. Winners will have a choice between 4 selected product routines.
•Prize Claim Procedure
Claim Procedure : Winners must scan the QR code printed on the golden ticket and fill out the associated form.
Delivery Timeframe : Pierre Fabre Dermo-cosmétiques will send the prize by mail within 30 days after receiving the completed form from the winner.
•Personal Data Information
Collection and Use of Personal Data : Personal data of participants will be collected and used only if participants indicate in the form that they wish to subscribe to the Avène newsletter. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6 1978 amended by Act No. 2018-493 of June 20 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 the participant may exercise their rights of access opposition rectification and erasure or request the restriction of their personal data as well as the right to request the portability of these data by contacting: services.client.canada@pierre-fabre.com.

Limitation of Liability: The organizer shall not be held responsible in the event of force majeure or malfunction of the contest.
Exclusion Conditions: Employees of Pierre Fabre Dermo-cosmétiques and their families are excluded from participation.
